Mansfield plan to build nearly 100 new homes granted approval
A housebuilding company has been given permission to build almost 100 new homes in Mansfield. Persimmon Homes have been given permission by Mansfield District Council for 84 new homes subject to signing a Section 106 agreement.
The development will be built on land located off Broomhill Lane, which has been affected in recent months by fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour. Persimmon Homes Nottingham will be bringing a mix of new homes to the area and plan to make 10 per cent of the properties affordable homes.
This new development will also connect Chesterfield Road and Broomhill Lane via Mount Street and Albion Street which will help reduce pressure on local junctions during peak times.
