What We Are Looking For?

Research abstracts on novel and applicable green roof research.

All research abstracts should be limited to 250 words maximum. Once the abstract is ready
to submit, it should be emailed to Eric Durnford, Director of Business Development & Events,
Green Roofs for Healthy Cities at edurnford@greenroofs.org

Two Tracks:
? Research Track (25 minute presentation, abstract only)

Speaker Terms and Conditions

To present your paper/abstract at the Living Architecture Research Symposium, the following
terms and conditions must be met:

All accepted speakers must sign a waiver that allows Green Roofs for Healthy Cities the right to
use their presentation and PowerPoint to distribute to symposium participants and those who
were unable to attend the conference may view them.

The Selection Process

The Living Architecture Research Symposium call for abstracts is looking for presentations that
display novel ideas on the above mentioned themes. The abstract content will be evaluated by
independent multi-disciplinary volunteers on whether the submission displays innovation,
presents new information or describes a new process and the credentials of the authors will be
assessed along with the relevance of the paper to the overall symposium themes.

The Selection Timeline

April 15 – Call for abstracts opens: 25 and 10 minute talk options

June 1 – Call for abstracts close

June 15 – Decisions returned to presenters

October 1 – Presentations due

October 25 – Living Architecture Research Virtual Symposium Event
