City’s biggest green roof leaves renters impressed.

One of the city’s biggest green roofs is drawing eco-friendly
renters to 808 Columbus Avenue, the first property to open as part of
Columbus Square, a project that will ultimately feature five rental
buildings and more than 300,000 s/f of office and retail space when
complete later this year.

High-end amenities and what’s hailed as one of the most unique
indoor/outdoor pools in the city are among the cornerstones of leisure
at the development, according to Peter Rosenberg, development director
at Stellar Management, co-developer of Columbus Square, along with The
Chetrit Group.

“The amenities offered at 808 Columbus rival that of any new
condominium project in New York,” said Rosenberg. “There are
amenities for everyone to utilize and enjoy that can offer the feeling
